Our Country Cottage is essentially a Dream Dome with one straight section added between the two halves of the Dome. It is a single story home, with the base wall being only 4 feet tall. It is designed to be very comfortable for a small family or a couple or single who wants to have a guestroom. Take a look at the floor plan below:
This particular floor plan allows you to enjoy 920 square feet of living space on a single floor. The ceiling is open over the kitchen and living area, and can be left open above the bedrooms and bathroom if desired, or ceiling can be installed that would actually allow for a loft area.
With a fully finished cost that is likely to be under $100,000, these are incredibly well suited for an AirBnB type of rental properties.
